Down to exactly the size you like, in fact, thanks to its adjustable blade. Perfect if you like to bake your own bread, roast joints of meat, batch cook, or buy cheese in bulk.

What you get

A versatile slicing machine that gets the job done quickly and safely, thanks to the following features:

• Adjustable serrated stainless steel blade with blade lock – cuts easily through meat, cheese and bread, with a fail-safe lock to hold it firmly in place, and detaches for cleaning.
• Food pusher and slider – ensure your fingers never need to go anywhere near the blade as you move the food board left and right.
• Stainless steel food board – won’t take on stains or contaminating odours – useful if you’re using it to slice up different foods.
• Thickness dial – adjusts the thickness of slices from 1mm to 15mm.
• Non-slip suction feet} – because the last thing you want a slicing machine to be doing is sliding around on your worktop.
• Instruction booklet.

Easy to use

Simply turn the dial to select the desired thickness for whatever you’re about to slice, pull the slider and food pusher towards you and place your food on the food board, holding it firmly in place with the food pusher. Place a board at the end to catch your slices, turn the machine on, then move the food pusher backwards and forwards to slice. When you’re done – it can keep slicing for 10 minutes non-stop before it needs a rest – turn the thickness dial to ‘0’ to conceal the blade edge and unplug before removing the blade and food pusher to give them a clean.
