The Vitamix Ascent has the motor power, torque, speed and blade design to process food so that you get all the goodness without losing nutrients. And rather than using a heating element, it’s the friction from the incredibly quick motor that does all the work. Which is why 5 minutes is all it takes to turn uncut, unpeeled veg into fresh, hot, ready-to-serve soup – and that’s faster than opening a tin and heating the contents up.

Total Control

With a choice of simple manual controls and pre-set programmes accessed via the touchscreen, the Ascent is incredibly easy to use. If you want total control, the variable speed dial with its 10 speed settings and the Pulse function let you fine-tune the texture of any recipe. The programmable timer avoids any risk of under- or over-processing: just set to the right length using the + and – buttons and it’ll switch off automatically too, so you can simply walk away and let it get on with the task. And if you want to make smoothies, frozen desserts, soups, dips and spreads or clean your machine, its pre-set programmes let you do so at the touch of a button, and will also adjust to the container size you’ve selected and stop when the job’s done.

Self-Detect Technology

Cleverly this blender automatically adjusts programme settings and maximum blending times according to the size of the container used. The Ascent A3500i uses Interlock technology to prevent the machine from operating if the lid or container is not secure

Wireless Connectivity

Vitamix have built in wireless connectivity to the Ascent so it’s ready for any technological innovations to come. The blender base already communicates with compatible Self-Detect Vitamix containers or cups using wireless technology, with each container programmed for optimum performance according to its size and functionality (other sizes are available separately).
